The Speck Carriage House is a one and a half story building with a gable, metal-clad roof and a
brick chimney built prior to the 1900s and it is right off of Livingston‘s Town Square.
This working carriage garage sat on the property of Dr. Albert Butler Qualls and his family. Dr. Qualls was an physician and surgeon born and raised in Overton county. He practiced locally for nearly 30 years!
This hundred plus year old house was originally restored by the Speck Family over the last 15 years, has four bedrooms, 1.5 baths and a kitchenette. The Carriage House can comfortably sleep up to 8 people!
The kitchenette includes a microwave, hot plate, convection oven, Coffee maker, and mini fridge. The full bath upstairs has a clawfoot tub with shower.
